  skill_service/integrations/payments/alipay_qr.py: embeds a PRIVATE KEY block. skill_service/integrations/payments/wechat_v3.py: embeds a PRIVATE KEY block. scripts/prod_test_account_flow.py: assigns a literal to PASSWORD (Test…3! (len 12)) — non-provider secret literal; prefer environment intake. Reads secrets from the environment (e.g. skill_service/mcp/match.py) — the recommended intake shape.

• Permission scope
